About Christy
At 51, I weighed 248 lbs and was running on stress and sugar.
I was working 10–12 hour days with no breaks, barely sleeping, and my cortisol was through the roof. As a diabetic, I knew better — but I still couldn't resist the sugar hits that got me through. Long walks were out. The gym felt impossible.
Then my husband had a health scare. He decided right there he wanted to be around for me — and I got “scared healthy” right along with him. I wanted to be here for my three adult kids (and future grandbabies 🤞), walk that path behind our deck, and actually feel good in my own skin again.
I'd tried every trick, tip, and gimmick out there — none of it stuck. What finally worked was small, daily changes: gut health, hydration, and supporting my body instead of punishing it. Now I help other women do the exact same thing.
